Hangin' with Heineken

We threw a party with Amplified Marketing for Heineken at the chic Drifter Hotel, curating two of our favorite local chefs we thought would pair well with the classic Dutch brew.

Frencheeze

Frencheeze Food Truck is amongst some our long time partners, specializing in gourmet grilled cheese. As silly as it may sound at first, Frencheeze actually paves the way for eating provolone, gouda, and asiago in fun, casual, creative dishes. At the Heineken Party, they brought Fried Cheese Ravioli with a tasso and corn cream sauce, Boudin Balls served with jazzy sauce, and Mini Pimento Cheese Grilled Cheeses.

Fete Au Fete

We may have mentioned Fete Au Fete before, and it’s because they are known as one of the best casual creole eats in this city. Chef Micah has a passion for the flavors of his food that can be felt in every dish. People abide by the Trash Grits and Shrimp & Grits to get the flavors of the south from wherever the truck may be.
