Partying for Entrepreneurship
After Bourbon Fest, between private corporate events and a slew of weddings, we also managed to get a team of chefs out and about for New Orleans Entrepreneur Week (NOEW).
We were honored to hear talks on feminism in the workplace, bootstrapping a balloon company, and the art of the hustle. At the end of the week we worked with the exceptional team of producers at NOEW to throw the audience (and our team) a nice party, and of course, there was a great selection of food by our lovely partners Elysian Seafood. Scroll down to check out the amazing photos of their food.
Along with a few passed hors d'ouevres we had Elysian Seafood serve all of the innovative and creative crostinis

And the fan favorite that was the Alligator Sausage Crostini. A daring choice, but one that was enjoyed by all and ran out so fast.

Virtually everyone made a friend in the line at our charcuterie station.

People had the best time getting to know each other as they ate

And we brought a lot of people together over our food, and isn't that what corporate events are all about? Bringing your team together to be happy (and eat food). Thank you so much to everyone at New Orleans Entrepreneur Week for the opportunity!
