Our culinary curation company breaks the mold by providing you with a customized mix of the right chefs, logistics, and menus for your event. Mixing this recipe for event success with Capulet’s stellar craft bar program within their modular space makes every event a memorable experience.
No two events curated by us are ever the same and our team will work with you hand-in-hand from start to finish to ensure your dream is brought to life.
How We Work at Capulet

Sara Ritsch or Kelsey Gilbert at Capulet will connect you with Kelsey Parris, My House Events’s Director of Client Experiences. Depending on where you are in your process this can be at an early stage of planning or when you’re all booked at Capulet and ready to get your menu finalized.

Kelsey Parris will send over a form to start seeing your vision and schedule a call to chat more about your event and menu. On this call we will discuss the vision you have for your event, food likes and dislikes, budget, and anything else we might need to know to create your custom proposal.

Within a week of your call, you will receive your custom proposal. This will be a first iteration, and from there we will work together to make it fit your vision.

Once your custom menu is looking solid, we will set up a tasting with you and the chef(s). This is a great time to meet them and taste all the delicious food we have in store for you!

Four months before your event, your food and beverage contract will be due. The food and beverage (F&B) contract will be created by Capulet and will include all catering, service fees, and menu(s), as well as your beverage package fees and Capulet staffing fees.
Changes to the food menu can be made after the contract, but signing and paying the first 50% will lock in your chef(s)!

Katherine Bowler, the My House Events Production Director, will work with you and Capulet’s team to secure all your rentals for your event. If you decide to utilize our Event Management services, she will work with you to make sure all aspects outside of catering will also be executed to match the vision for your big day! You relax over your delicious food and drinks while we handle the rest!
