How we work at
the NOCCA Institute
Exploring catering options
A NOCCA Institute staff member will connect you with a My House Events team member. Depending on where you are in your process this can be at an early stage of planning or when you’re all booked at The NOCCA Institute and ready to get your menu finalized.
The Discovery Call
A My House Events team member will send over a form to start seeing your vision and schedule a call to chat more about your event and menu. On this call we will discuss the vision you have for your event, food likes and dislikes, budget, and anything else we might need to know to create your custom proposal.
Proposal
Within a week of your call, you will receive your custom proposal. This will be a first iteration, and from there we will work together to make it fit your vision.
Tasting
Once your custom menu is looking solid, we will set up a tasting with you and the chef(s). This is a great time to meet them and taste all the delicious food we have in store for you!
Event Production
The My House Events Production Director, will work with you and The NOCCA Institute’s team to secure all your rentals for your event. If you decide to utilize our Event Management services, she will work with you to make sure all aspects outside of catering will also be executed to match the vision for your big day!
Event Day
You relax over your delicious food and drinks while we handle the rest!
