This husband and wife duo have swept New Orleans off her feet with their beautiful, fresh, and Mediterranean inspired cuisine. They prioritize local producers, and chefs in the city love eating at their places.

Chef Adrien puts vegetables forward in all of her dishes. After cooking for years in New Orleans city she is happy to be back in her home state cooking beautiful food for her guests.

Chef Chris cooks up some of the most innovative and distinct vegan food in town. Outside of that his love for creativity shines through all his dishes.

Monte produces hand crafted, healthy and homemade salad dressings, pestos and prepared foods, growing seasonal fruits and vegetables using beyond organic practices. He advocates for local food justice and works as an ambassador for sustainability education.
